PolyBrite® 71

PolyBrite 71 is a quality grade, water-based elastomeric base coat. This formulation uses 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. As a base coat, it provides excellent bleed through resistance.

PolyBrite 71 provides protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 98

PolyBrite 98 is a water-based, one-part primer/bleed blocker that enhances the adhesion of Polyglass silicone roof coatings to a variety of porous and non-porous substrates.

PolyBrite® 70

PolyBrite 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane. PolyBrite 70 reduces roof temperatures, extends the life cycle performance of new and existing roof systems, provides protection from ultraviolet sunlight and other weather exposures.

Polybrite® 745

PolyBrite 745 is a low-VOC, stain blocking acrylic primer formulated to enhance the adhesion of acrylic roof coatings to a variety of substrates. The thin solution penetrates pores and dries quickly.

It can also be used to penetrate and adhere reinforcement fabrics when required.

PG 700-QS

PG 700-QS is a high quality water-based elastomeric coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. In addition to keeping the surface cool, PG 700-QS extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures. PG 700-QS employs a quick setting polymer which can provide some resistance to early rain exposure.

Polyglass Detail & Repair Finish

Polyglass Detail & Repair Finish featuring Cure Technology is a highly reflective coating formulated specially to address the installation and system repair needs of Polyglass membranes manufactured with CURE Technology. Designed to extend the life and enhance the performance of the roof system, the Detail & Repair Finish is bright white and will complement the aesthetic beauty of Polyglass Kool Roofing membranes.

WB-3000

WB-3000 is a low-VOC, water-based acrylic primer that enhances the adhesion of self-adhered roof membranes to a variety of porous and non-porous substrates as well as a general primer for acrylic elastomeric products. The thin solution penetrates pores and dries quickly to provide a tacky surface.

PG 700

PG 700 is a high quality water-based elastomeric coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. In addition to keeping the surface cool, PG 700 extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 71-HS

PolyBrite 71-HS is a high solids, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. PolyBrite 71-HS offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, lower overall life cycle costs and provide excellent bleed through resistance. When applied in white, PolyBrite 71-HS is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite 74

PB74-1PolyBrite 74 is a water-based industrial rust inhibitive primer manufactured with a light blue color to easily determine coverage. PolyBrite 74 is designed to inhibit further oxidation resulting in rust degradation and to prevent bleed-through when using elastomeric coatings.

PolyPlus® 60

Polyplus 60 premium non-fibered aluminum roof coating is a premium quality reflective coating designed to protect a variety of asphalt-based roofs and most metal roof substrates. When applied to the roof, the aluminum flakes leaf to the surface, forming a reflective, metallic shield over the base material. Polyplus 60 contains a soft-settle formulation for easier mixing and is specifically formulated to be compatible with Polyglass roofing membranes.

PG 100

PG 100 fast-drying asphalt primer is a general purpose penetrating asphalt primer used to promote adhesion prior to the application of hot-mopped, cold-applied, and self-adhesive membrane systems as well as roof cements, mastics, and asphalt-based adhesives.
