Polyflex® 5.0

Polyflex 5.0 membranes are premium, polyester reinforced APP (plastomeric) modified bitumen roofing products specially designed for heat-welded applications. Constructed with a premium APP (plastomeric) compound, and incorporating superior non-woven polyester reinforcing, Polyflex 5.0 provides an exceptionally robust and durable roofing product which is easy to install and will provide long-term weathering performance that resists natural forces and other factors on the rooftop.
The top is constructed with a smooth sand surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film.
Successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Polyflex 5.0 or Polyflex G cap sheets.

PolyBrite 95.1

PolyBrite 95.1 is a ready-to-use, solvent borne, moisture cure silicone roof coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite 90.1 is a premium grade high solids, moisture cure, liquid applied silicone coating which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

Polyfresko® G SA

Polyfresko G SA is a highly reflective, self-adhered granular surfaced atactic polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane manufactured using patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology whereby a “true” APP compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound on the bottom.

Polyfresko G SA membrane is a California Title 24 compliant membrane, achieves Class A fire rating and has been tested to ensure long-term performance in the most extreme environments. Polyfresko G SA membrane is listed with the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) with a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 96.

Polyflex G is an APP (plastomeric) granulated cap sheet for low-slope roofing and specially designed for heat welded applications. Polyflex G incorporates a superior non-woven polyester reinforcement which provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as exceptional tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary APP (plastomeric) compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance. The top surface is granulated while the bottom surface has a factory applied burn-off film.

Polyflex G cap sheet features Polyglass’ patented FASTLap® for granule free end laps. FASTLap provides greater ease and speed of application as well as improved long term watertight seal.

Polyflex G membrane can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system, when combined with Polyflex base or interply sheets or other approved Polyglass base sheets.

Polyflex®

Polyflex is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a superior non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The premium APP compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance. Polyflex is designed for use as base, interply, or cap sheet in multilayer low-slope assemblies.

The top is constructed with a smooth sand surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film for heat welding applications.

Successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Polyflex or Polyflex G cap sheets. Polyflex is an approved mechanically attached base sheet for the Velociflex system.

Elastobase® P

Elastobase P is a high quality Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a strong non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary SBS compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Elastobase P is designed for use as a base ply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.

Elastobase P is available in sand or factory applied burn-off film on both top and bottom surfaces. Application methods include mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastobase P can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.

Elastobase P can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multiply system when combined with a variety of Polyglass base sheets and cap sheets.

Elastoflex SA V PLUS FR

Elastoflex SA V Plus FR membrane is a robust, self-adhered, elastomeric base ply low-slope roofing product with fire retardant additives manufactured using patented ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, whereby a “true” Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA V Plus FR is built with a high quality reinforced fiberglass mat to ensure strength and excellent dimensional stability, providing a robust membrane that resists natural forces and other factors on the rooftop.

Elastoflex SA V Plus FR membrane is finished with film that has laylines on the top surface and a split release film on the bottom surface.

When used in conjunction with Elastoflex SA P or other approved Polyglass self-adhered cap sheet, Elastoflex SA V Plus FR provides cleaner application, improved application speed and removes the need for torches, hot asphalt or bonding adhesives on the job site.

Elastoflex SA V PLUS

Elastoflex S6

Elastoflex S6 is a smooth surface Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a polyester mat saturated with a rubberized asphaltic compound. The non-woven reinforcement provides superior tear strength and puncture resistance.

Elastoflex S6 is designed for use as a base ply or interply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies. Membrane is available in a film or sand top surface and a film or sand bottom surface.

Application methods include heat welding, when a film bottom surface is selected, and hot asphalt or cold adhesive when the membrane is sand backed. When a top surface film configuration is selected, successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Elastoflex S6, Elastoflex S6 G or other Polyglass SBS cap sheet. A top film configuration also allows for the application of a variety of Polyglass SBS or APP self- adhered cap sheets.

Elastoflex S6 is an approved mechanically attached base sheet for the Velociflex system.
