PG 800W

PG 800W is an asphalt-based, clay emulsion product that can be used as a protective roof coating. It can be used over smooth surfaced asphalt built-up, modified bitumen membranes. Also, for use as a base coat for reflective elastomeric coatings. PG 800W can be used as a surface protectant or waterproofing when used in conjunction with polyester reinforcement.

When applied as a roof protectant PG 800W’s unique formulation allows the film to “breathe” while drying and is waterproof upon curing.

PolyBrite® 71

PolyBrite 71 is a quality grade, water-based elastomeric base coat. This formulation uses 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. As a base coat, it provides excellent bleed through resistance.

PolyBrite 71 provides protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 90.2

PolyBrite 90.2 is a premium grade high solid, moisture cure, liquid applied silicone coating available in White or Kool Grey, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 71-HS

PolyBrite 71-HS is a high solids, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. PolyBrite 71-HS offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, lower overall life cycle costs and provide excellent bleed through resistance. When applied in white, PolyBrite 71-HS is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite 95.1

PolyBrite 95.1 is a ready-to-use, solvent borne, moisture cure silicone roof coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite 90.1

PolyBrite 90.1 is a premium grade high solids, moisture cure, liquid applied silicone coating which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 75

PolyBrite 75 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless liquid applied roof membrane.

PolyBrite 75 can be used as either a base or surface coat. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates, and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product provides excellent durability and dirt pickup resistance.

PolyBrite® 24

PolyBrite 24 is a water-based elastomeric coating available in White and Kool Grey, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. PolyBrite 24 offers the unique ability to extend the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, in addition to keeping the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.
