Polytherm is a highly energy efficient rigid insulation board composed of a closed-cell Polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to a fiber reinforced black non-asphaltic organic facer for superior bonding characteristics. Polytherm is manufactured with a facer ideally suitable for many types of roofing products, including the direct application of ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered membranes under most project circumstances. Polyfresko G SBS HP FR is a premium Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) granulated cap sheet with fire retardant additives for use in low-slope roofing. Polyfresko G SBS HP FR is constructed with a high performance non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. Polyfresko G SBS HP FR has a film bottom surface for heat welding application.
Featuring patented CURE Technology®, Polyfresko G SBS HP FR has a highly reflective granule surface which meets, or exceeds most standards for cool roofing. CURE Technology features an innovative thin film technology attributing to exceptional granule retention, minimal staining, scuff resistance and UV stabilization for long-term durability and performance.
Polyfresko G SBS HP FR can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system, when combined with Elastoflex S6 or other approved Polyglass base sheets.
Polyflex® 5.0
Polyflex 5.0 membranes are premium, polyester reinforced APP (plastomeric) modified bitumen roofing products specially designed for heat-welded applications. Constructed with a premium APP (plastomeric) compound, and incorporating superior non-woven polyester reinforcing, Polyflex 5.0 provides an exceptionally robust and durable roofing product which is easy to install and will provide long-term weathering performance that resists natural forces and other factors on the rooftop.
The top is constructed with a smooth sand surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film.
Successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Polyflex 5.0 or Polyflex G cap sheets.
Elastoflex V HP
Elastoflex V HP is an SBS (elastomeric) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet. This durable membrane is reinforced with a high performance fiberglass mat to ensure exceptional strength and dimensional stability to the product. The proprietary SBS compound offers superior waterproofing and weathering physical properties.
Elastoflex V HP is intended for use as a base ply or interply membrane and designed to be installed in mechanically attached or heat-welded. Elastoflex V HP can be used as a part of a Polyglass multi-ply system, when combined with Elastoflex V G HP FR cap sheet or other approved Polyglass cap sheets.
Elastoflex V 22
Elastoflex V 22 is a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet. This higher quality membrane is reinforced with a high quality fiberglass mat to ensure strength and excellent dimensional stability to the product. Elastoflex V 22 exhibits superior waterproofing and weathering physical properties.
The top and bottom surfaces are available in sand or factory applied burn-off film. Application methods include mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastoflex V 22 can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.
Elastoflex V 22 membrane can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system, when combined with Elastoflex V G cap sheets or other approved Polyglass base sheets.
Modibond® G FR
