Polyvap™ SA G

Polyvap SA G is a self-adhered vapor retarder for use in commercial low-slope roofing applications. Utilizing ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polyvap SA G features a polymer modified bitumen upper compound and a proprietary self-adhesive SBS (elastomeric) compound on the bottom. A split release film that protects the self-adhesive compound allows for easy application.

Polyvap SA G is reinforced with a fiberglass mat, and surfaced with aggregate to enhance skid resistance and allow exposure up to 90 days. The rubberized asphalt seals around correctly installed nails on the weathering surface.

Elastoflex SA V Flashing Strips

Elastoflex SA V Flashing Strips are factory cut rolls of Elastoflex SA V membrane featuring patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Technology. The Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA V Flashing Strips are compromised of a high performance reinforced fiberglass mat for excellent dimensional stability. Elastoflex SA V Flashing Strips are finished with a polyolefin film on the top surface and a split release film protecting the adhesive on the bottom surface.

Elastoflex SA Base Plus

Elastoflex SA Base Plus membrane is a self-adhered, elastomeric base membrane, manufactured using patented ADESO® dual-compound self-adhesive technology, whereby a “true” Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA Base Plus membrane is built with a strong non-woven polyester mat to enhance tear strength and puncture resistance, providing a robust membrane that resists natural forces and other factors on the rooftop. Elastoflex SA Base Plus membrane is finished with polyolefin film having laylines on the top surface and a split release film on the bottom surface.
Elastoflex SA Base Plus can be used as a base sheet in “Stick 1–Torch 1” applications where the cap sheet is heat welded. Polyglass offers a variety of compatible torch cap sheets, such as Elastoflex S6 G and Elastoflex S6 G HP, and self-adhered options such as Elastoflex SA P.

Polystick® P

Polystick P is a self-adhered high-temp waterproofing underlayment for use under metal and various other roof coverings. The top surface is composed of a UV resistant high strength polyolefin composite film with Hi-Tread™ slip-resistant coating which is mated to a hightemp SBS (elastomeric) self-adhered compound. A siliconized split-release paper provides
quick and accurate installation.

This carrierless membrane is highly flexible; ideal for flashing around roof penetrations and transitions and other critical areas.

Although Polystick P is designed for metal roof coverings, this versatile underlayment can also be installed under asphalt shingles, synthetic tiles, and other approved roof coverings.

Typical Applications

• Specifically designed as underlayment for high temperature applications.
• Approved for application under steel and aluminum roof panels.
• Over entire roof and/or for valleys, skylights and other critical areas.

Features and Benefits

• Waterproofing against water infiltration and ice dam conditions.
• Cool white top film with bi-directional laylines.
• Hi-Tread surface embossing with slip-resistant diamond plate pattern.
• Highly flexible; ideal for flashing around roof penetrations and transitions and other critical areas.
• Asphaltic compound provides excellent sealability around nails.
• Rubberized asphalt bleed-out along edge ensures watertight seam.
• Approved up to 250°F.

Polystick® XFR

Polystick XFR is a dual purpose fire resistant and self-adhered waterproofing underlayment. Utilizing ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polystick XFR features a SBS (elastomeric) modified bitumen upper compound and an aggressive self-adhesive compound on the bottom. Polyglass’ patent pending Burn-Shield Technology™ provides superior fire resistance.

Polystick XFR features a slip-resistant film surface which can be exposed up to 180 days. With a temperature resistance of up to 265°F, Polystick XFR is ideally suited for high temperature roof covering systems such as steel and copper roofing, where fire resistance is required or desired.

Can be installed as part of a multi-ply underlayment system when used as a secondary layer above Polystick MTS PLUS or Polystick XFR.
