PolyBrite 70-QS employs a quick set polymer designed to impact resistance to early rain exposure.

PolyPlus® 65

Polyplus 65 premium fibered aluminum roof coating is a premium quality reflective coating designed to protect a variety of asphalt-based roofs. When applied to the roof, the aluminum flakes leaf to the surface, forming a reflective, metallic shield over the base material.

Polyplus 65 includes special reinforcing fibers for longer lasting reflectivity and greater durability.

Polyplus 65 contains a soft-settle formulation for easier mixing and is specifically formulated to be compatible with Polyglass roofing membranes.

PolyPlus® 35

Polyplus 35 premium modified bitumen adhesive is a premium formulation designed for use as a cold-applied bonding adhesive for SBS modified bitumen base sheets and SBS modified bitumen smooth or granulated cap sheets. Its premium high gel formulation with SBS rubber is specifically formulated to be compatible with Polyglass roofing membranes.

Elastoflex S6 G – 250g

Elastoflex S6G membranes are high quality elastomeric, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified asphalt roofing membranes reinforced with a non-woven 250 gram polyester mat.

The Elastoflex S6 G, is available with either Polyethylene burn off film for heat welded applications, or sand backed for hot mop or cold adhesive. With superior reinforcement and proprietary formulation, this granulated cap sheet exhibits exceptional tensile strength, puncture resistance, and dimensional stability. The granulated surface, provides long term UV protection.

The Elastoflex S6 G membranes meet, or exceed, the requirements for ASTM D-6164 Type II, are listed by UL and can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted roof assembly.

PolyBrite® 71-HS

PolyBrite 71-HS is a high solids, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane.

PolyBrite 71-HS offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, lower overall life cycle costs and provide excellent bleed through resistance. When applied in white, PolyBrite 71-HS is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 75

PolyBrite 75 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless liquid applied roof membrane.

PolyBrite 75 can be used as either a base or surface coat. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates, and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product provides excellent durability and dirt pickup resistance.

Elastobase® V

Elastobase V is a high quality Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a high quality fiberglass mat which provides strength and excellent dimensional stability. The proprietary SBS compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Elastobase V is designed for use as a base ply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.
The top and bottom surfaces are available in sand or factory applied burn-off film.

Elastobase V is intended for use as a base ply or interply membrane and designed to be installed in mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastobase V can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.

Polybase V

Polybase V is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet, reinforced with a fiberglass mat. The proprietary APP compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Polybase V is designed for use as a base ply or interply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.

The top and bottom surfaces of Polybase V are finished with polyolefin film. Application methods include mechanically attached or heat-welded. Successive system layers can be heat welded with a ply of Polyflex or Polyflex G cap sheets.

Polyanchor® UDL 40 – Discontinued

Polyanchor® UDL 40 is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified steep slope underlayment constructed with a fiberglass reinforcement. A specialized aggregate is embedded on the walking surface for skid resistance. Utilizing our patented ADESO® dual compound technology, the top layer is APP modified and the bottom surface is a proprietary SBS modified compound. This feature gives the membrane all the benefits of APP plus selfsealing properties around properly installed nails. The bottom surface is sanded to protect the self-sealing compound and to keep the roll in place for accurate alignment and preparation for nailing after roll-out.

Polystick® XFR

Polystick XFR is a dual purpose fire resistant and self-adhered waterproofing underlayment. Utilizing ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polystick XFR features a SBS (elastomeric) modified bitumen upper compound and an aggressive self-adhesive compound on the bottom. Polyglass’ patent pending Burn-Shield Technology™ provides superior fire resistance.

Polystick XFR features a slip-resistant film surface which can be exposed up to 180 days. With a temperature resistance of up to 265°F, Polystick XFR is ideally suited for high temperature roof covering systems such as steel and copper roofing, where fire resistance is required or desired.

Can be installed as part of a multi-ply underlayment system when used as a secondary layer above Polystick MTS PLUS or Polystick XFR.

Polystick® TU P

Polystick TU P is self-adhered waterproofing underlayment specifically for use in adhesive foam or mechanically fastened roof tile applications. Utilizing ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polystick TU P features a polymer modified bitumen upper compound and a proprietary self-adhesive SBS (elastomeric) compound on the bottom. A split release film that protects the self adhesive compound allows for easy application.

The mineral granules used on the top surface of Polystick TU P provide maximum skid resistance as well as an extended exposure time of up to 36 months. The combination of the unique surfacing, polyester-glass reinforcement and membrane thickness makes Polystick TU P an extremely robust, scuff and puncture resistant membrane with ultra long exposure times.

Polystick TU P features patented SEALLap® factory applied adhesive treatment at the membrane overlap which provides a quick watertight bond.

Although Polystick TU P is designed as an underlayment for clay and concrete tile coverings, this membrane can also be installed under slate tiles.
