Elastoflex SA P FR is a self-adhered Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) granulated cap sheet, with fire retardant additives, for use in low-slope roofing. Elastoflex SA P FR is manufactured using Polyglass’ patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology. With this technology, a “true” elastomeric modified asphalt compound is applied to the top of the membrane and an aggressive self-adhesive proprietary compound is applied to the bottom. Elastoflex SA P FR is constructed with a tough non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance.
The top surface of Elastoflex SA P FR has a granular finish with mulitple color options. Elastoflex SA P FR also features SEALLap® ULTRA, a granule-free side lap with self-adhesive compound and FASTLap®, granule free end lap. Each of these patented features provide for greater ease of applications as well as improved long-term performance.
Elastoflex SA P FR can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system with Elastoflex SA V, Elastoflex SA V Plus, or other top film-surfaced Polyglass base sheets to provide a cleaner application, improved application speed and removes the need for torches, hot asphalt or bonding adhesives on the job site.
Elastoflex SA V Polar Base membrane is a self-adhered, elastomeric base ply low-slope roofing product designed for colder weather applications. It is manufactured using patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology, whereby a “true” Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA V Polar Base membrane is built with a high performance reinforced fiberglass mat to ensure excellent dimensional stability.
When used in conjunction with Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap or other approved SA cap sheet, Elastoflex SA V Polar Base provides cleaner application, improves application speed and removes the need for torches, hot asphalt or bonding adhesives on the job site.
Elastoflex SA V Polar Base membrane is finished with polyolefin film with laylines on the top surface and a split release film on the bottom surface.
Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap is a self-adhered, Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) granulated cap sheet for use in low-slope roofing in low temperature conditions. Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap is manufactured using Polyglass’ patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology. With this technology, a “true” elastomeric compound is applied to the top of the membrane and a proprietary “low-temp”, self-adhesive SBS compound is applied to the bottom. Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap is constructed with a high quality non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance.

Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap also features SEALLap® ULTRA, side lap with self-adhesive compound for an instant bond even at lower temperatures and FASTLap® granule free end lap. Polyflex G FR is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane with fire retardant additives, and reinforced with a superior non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The premium APP compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance.
Polyflex G FR has a granular top surface and a burn-off film bottom surface for heat
welding application.
Polyflex G FR cap sheet features Polyglass’ patented FASTLap® for granule free end laps. FASTLap provides greater ease and speed of application as well as improved long term weathering performance.
Polyflex G FR membrane can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system when combined with Polyflex base/interply sheets or other approved Polyglass membranes.
PG 350 modified bitumen adhesive is formulated for use as a cold-applied bonding adhesive for SBS modified bitumen base sheets and SBS modified bitumen smooth or granulated cap sheets. Its high gel formulation with SBS rubber is specifically formulated to be compatible with Polyglass roofing membranes.
PolyBrite 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane. PolyBrite 70 reduces roof temperatures, extends the life cycle performance of new and existing roof systems, provides protection from ultraviolet sunlight and other weather exposures.
Polystick IR-Xe, is a homogeneous rubberized asphalt waterproofing compound, fiberglass reinforced, with an aggregate surface for skid resistance for use in ice and water protection applications. The rubberized asphalt seals around correctly installed nails on the weathering surface. Split release backing film aids in easy positioning of sheets to maintain proper line.
Polystick IR-Xe underlayments are manufactured using patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered technology, whereby a “true” polymer modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer.
Elastoflex S6 25 is a smooth surface Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a polyester mat saturated with a rubberized asphaltic compound. The non-woven reinforcement provides superior tear strength and puncture resistance.
Elastoflex S6 25 is designed for use as a base ply or interply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies, and is available in a film or sand top surface and a film or sand bottom surface.
Application methods include hot asphalt or cold adhesive when the membrane is sand backed. When a top surface film configuration is selected, successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Elastoflex S6 25, Elastoflex S6 G or other Polyglass SBS cap sheet. A top film configuration also allows for the application of a variety of Polyglass SBS or APP self-adhered cap sheets.
PG 700-QS is a high quality water-based elastomeric coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. In addition to keeping the surface cool, PG 700-QS extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures. PG 700-QS employs a quick setting polymer which can provide some resistance to early rain exposure.
Polystick TU MAX is a homogeneous rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane designed specifically for use as an underlayment in adhesive foam or mechanically fastened roof tile applications. TU Max features a superior polyester reinforced surface fabric which provides for exceptional durability, UV exposure rating, and proven foam set adhesion.
Additionally, the surfacing has been tested to comply with all minimum requirements for roof tile applications including skid resistance, tile stackability, and high-temperature ratings. Polystick TU MAX is designed for use in new construction and re-roof applications where tiles may be stacked on rooftops for extended periods of time. Polystick TU MAX is rated for 180-day exposure.
Polystick TU MAX underlayment is manufactured using patented ADESO® Self-Adhered Technology. This membrane meets or exceeds applicable ASTM and TAS testing requirements for steep slope roo ng products. Polystick TU MAX features patented SEALLap®, a factory-applied adhesive treatment at the membrane overlap, which provides for improved ease of application, as well as improved immediate and long-term performance.

Polyplus 50 premium modified wet/dry cement is a superior quality formulation for use in a wide variety of roofing applications such as SBS roofing systems as well as various other membrane systems and even in conditions which are wet, damp, or underwater. In addition, Polyplus 50 can be used for emergency repair as well as on shingles, BUR (Built Up Roofing), concrete, and general damp proofing. Polyplus 50 has a heavy, “trowel-grade” consistency which makes it ideal for flashing details, attachment of membrane to steep slopes and parapet walls and a variety of waterproofing repairs. Its flexibility and elasticity make it superior to standard plastic cements especially where there are moving joints. Polyplus 50 contains special additives that enhance spreadability allowing for more linear feet applied per hour and is specially formulated to be compatible with Polyglass roofing membranes.
PG 500 is a high quality formulation suitable for use as a cold-applied bonding agent for SBS roofing systems as well as various other membrane systems.
PG 500 has a heavy, “trowel-grade” consistency which makes it ideal for flashing details, attachment of membrane to steep slopes and parapet walls and a variety of waterproofing repairs. Its flexibility and elasticity make it superior to standard plastic cements especially where there are moving joints.
Polystick MTS PLUS is a self-adhered waterproofing underlayment manufactured with patented ADESO® Technology, a dual-compound manufacturing process utilizing a fiberglass mat in a modified compound with an aggressive proprietary self-adhesive applied to the bottom surface of the membrane. The split release film that protects the self-adhesive compound allows for easy application.
Polystick MTS PLUS features a slip-resistant film surface that has been tested to allow for up to a 180 day UV exposure rating. Polystick MTS PLUS is ideally suited for high temperature roof covering systems such as metal roofing. It is also suitable for most mechanically attached roof coverings such as concrete and clay roof tile.
With exceptional tensile strength and thermal stability, Polystick MTS PLUS is temperature resistant to 265°F. Can be installed as part of a multi-ply underlayment system when covered with Polystick TU PLUS, Polystick TU MAX or a second ply of Polystick MTS PLUS. Refer to published product approvals; Florida Building Code and included in Miami-Dade’s Notice of Acceptance for high wind zones.
