Elastoshield TS G FR membranes are premium elastomeric, fire-rated, SBS (Styrene- Butadiene-Styrene) modified asphalt roofing membranes specially designed for hot asphalt, cold adhesive or heat welding (with burn-off polyethylene) applications. Reinforced with a superior polyester membrane, the Elastoshield TS G FR exhibits exceptional tensile strength and puncture resistance. The granulated surface provides superior long term UV protection. Manufactured for the commercial, industrial and residential markets, the proprietary SBS asphalts and product composition will offer long term resistance to moisture, dimensional stability and flexibility. The top surface of the Elastoshield TS G FR membrane has a granular finish available in a variety of colors, free of granules along the selvage edge.

CURE Technology features an innovative thin film technology attributing to exceptional granule retention, minimal staining, scuff resistance and UV stabilization for long-term durability and performance.
Polyfresko G SBS can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multi-ply system, when combined with Elastoflex S6 or other approved Polyglass base sheets.
Elastoflex S6 3.0mm
Elastoflex S6 is a smooth surface Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a polyester mat saturated with a rubberized asphaltic compound. Elastoflex S6 has a polyfilm finish on both the top and underside surfaces. Elastoflex S6 is specially designed for use as an interply layer in heat welded applications. Elastoflex S6 can also be used as a base membrane for self-adhered systems.
Elastoflex S6 22
Elastoflex S6 22 is a smooth surface Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a polyester mat saturated with a rubberized asphaltic compound. The non-woven reinforcement provides superior tear strength and puncture resistance.
Elastoflex S6 22 is designed for use as a base ply or interply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies, and is available in a film or sand top surface and a film or sand bottom surface.
Application methods include heat welding, when a film bottom surface is selected, and hot asphalt or cold adhesive when the membrane is sand backed. When a top surface film configuration is selected, successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Elastoflex S6 22, Elastoflex S6 G or other Polyglass SBS cap sheet. A top film configuration also allows for the application of a variety of Polyglass SBS or APP self-adhered cap sheets.
Polyfresko® G SBS FR

Polyglass G2 Base
Polyglass G2 Base is a premium, inorganic fiberglass mat reinforced base sheet which has been saturated and coated with a weathering grade asphalt. The top surface is then coated with a fine mineral parting agent to prevent sticking in the roll. Designed as an ideal first roofing ply in SBS/APP modified or Built Up roofing systems, this wrinkle resistant easy roofing membrane can be installed over a variety substrates.
Polyglass Ply IV
Polyglass Ply IV is manufactured with a heavyweight fiberglass mat containing heat-cured resinous binders. The high strength glass mat is saturated with asphalt, giving Polyglass Ply IV excellent strength and weathering characteristics, as well as a uniform porosity for ease in application. Polyglass Ply IV is a ply sheet used in hot mopped roofing applications and may be the basic ply sheet used in all smooth and gravel surfaced roofing systems requiring the ASTM D2178 TYPE IV felt. Meets Florida Approval BFL # 2074. Meets or exceeds ASTM D2178

The proprietary SBS compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Elastobase V is designed for use as a base ply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.
The top and bottom surfaces are available in sand or factory applied burn-off film.
Elastobase V is intended for use as a base ply or interply membrane and designed to be installed in mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastobase V can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.
Elastoflex SA V
Elastoflex® SA V membranes are premium, self-adhered elastomeric base ply roofing products, manufactured using patented ADESO® Dual-Compound Self-Adhesive technology, whereby a “true” polymer modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA V membranes are built with a high performance reinforced fiberglass mat to guarantee excellent dimensional stability. Elastoflex SA V membranes are finished with a polyolein film with laylines on the top surface and a split release film on the bottom surface. Elastoflex SA V is packaged in a roll of approximately 200 sq ft weighing 80 lbs in a patented Easybox that facilitates easy handling of the rolls.
Elastoflex SA V FR
Elastoflex SA V FR is a self-adhered elastomeric base ply membrane, with fire-retardant additives, for use in low-slope roofing. Elastoflex SA V FR is manufactured using Polyglass’ patented ADESO® Self-Adhered Dual-Compound Technology. With this technology, a “true”Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) compound is applied to the top layer of the membrane and an aggressive self-adhesive proprietary compound is applied to the bottom layer. ElastoflexSA V FR is constructed with a tough reinforced fiberglass mat to ensure strength andexcellent dimensional stability.
When used in conjunction with Elastoflex SA P or other approved Polyglass self-adhered cap sheets, Elastoflex SA V FR provides for a cleaner application, improves application speed and removes the need for torches, hot asphalt or bonding adhesives on the job site.

Elastoflex V G HP FR is an SBS (elastomeric) modified bitumen membrane, with fire retardant additives, for use as a granulated cap sheet in low-slope roofing. This durable membrane is reinforced with a high performance fiberglass mat which ensures exceptional strength and dimensional stability to the product. The proprietary SBS compound offers superior waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Membrane is configured with a burn-off film for heat welded applications.
